Police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical services (EMS) personnel qualify. Active and retired first responders are both eligible with valid ID.
Teachers
K-12 teachers and post-secondary educators at colleges and universities qualify. Active classroom educators with valid employment verification.
Military
Active-duty military and veterans of all branches qualify. The plan recognizes service without an expiration date.

Who qualifies for the Mission Ready Plan?
First responders (police, fire, and EMS), K-12 and post-secondary teachers, and active or veteran military qualify. ID verification is required at signup. The plan stays active as long as you remain in an eligible profession.
How much does the Mission Ready Plan cost?
The Mission Ready Plan is free for life. There is no monthly fee, no annual renewal charge, and no contract. It includes everything in the standard Tru Comfort plan, which runs $12 per month or $144 per year for non-qualifying households.
What extra benefits do Mission Ready members get beyond Tru Comfort?
Mission Ready members receive two additional benefits: (1) an extra 5% off all service and repairs, stacking on the standard 10% for a total of 15% off all service and repair work, and (2) a $39 service-call diagnostic fee instead of the standard $72. The $39 fee is still credited toward any repair if the customer proceeds.

What does the seasonal maintenance visit include?
Each seasonal visit includes a 30-point diagnostic inspection ($72 value), a chemical clean of the condenser coil (spring) or flame sensor and furnace compartment (fall) ($189 value), a condensate drain flush, a ductwork evaluation, and an indoor air quality evaluation. The visit is a real diagnostic run, not a checklist.
